Document 306 - Written interpellation by V. Svobodová to A. Juchelka concerning the central information system for child protection authorities
Summary
Scope: Sections 110–112; pages 1–8.
The written interpellation concerns the development of a central information system for the social and legal protection of children at risk. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs states that the system is in the analysis and design phase and is intended to unify record-keeping, improve the monitoring of a child’s progress through the care system, and reduce the administrative burden on the Office for Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD). The system is intended to ensure uniform record-keeping nationwide and the secure sharing of necessary data among authorized institutions. It is to be expanded later to include foster care, conflict guardianship, and, where appropriate, integration with service records.
