Document 335 - Written interpellation by J. Černochová to J. Zůna concerning the replacement of Czech Armed Forces field kitchens

A written interpellation asks why the Czech Armed Forces (AČR) allegedly backed away from replacing obsolete trailer-mounted field kitchens. The Minister of Defense states that neither the military requirement nor the planned quantities have changed, and that the original request was not erroneous. Purchases of trailer kitchens are merely being postponed due to a lack of funds in the investment program; part of the procurement planned for 2028 and 2029 is being moved to 2030. The new territorial defense battalions are to be provided with meals primarily through external contractors and self-heating combat rations.
